Agree +1. honestly tho as a drummer, for some albums thats literally all i am concerned with, whether or not the drums are fucking crazy, i do agree that they started doing chug riffs just so they could show off their flat brim hats tho haha, its why i never bothered to check out their latest release. Alexandre Pelletier is a fucking beast, he plays with marching band sticks, and on that album in my opinion it was a bit different, still close to their older stuff but a little more focused and not as sporadic |
