My last shred of hope for this miserable set was that they were going to come out for their "spontaneous" encore and play No Class (my favorite song in the fucking world). Overkill is a great song, but the fact that it was my consolation prize for Motorhead being too good to play the rest of their classics pissed me off bigtime. If I had a D battery I would have tossed it from the balcony during one of their stupid rehearsed stage antics. |

They let me downstairs about a third of the way through motorhead's set. That second floor is fucking useless. If you stand at the back, you might be able to see something but you can't hear shit, and if you go to the sides, you can hear but not see anything. The third floor would be better if it didn't have theater seating. I had no idea there were seats there until I went up to take a piss. |
