I just want to reiterate how awesome this show was. Katon told me they'd be coming back to Boston soon. I can't wait. I'm still full from the Fire and Ice pregame.

mouth sewn shut: the didn't sound as good as they usually do. Usually, it's really good punkish hardcore (duh toxic narcotic) with some raggea parts that it ignore. Something was off in the sound though. I might not really like the 'ggea parts, but I like the fact that they are doing something different.

hirax: absolutely slayed. I thought this was going to be a mega let down, but it completely was not at all. They thorougly delivered that set. As soon as they hit the stage, the night was made. Hirax has been around longer that 86% of the people that will read this text and the play better than most bands now-a-days. The music rules too. It's not just all heavymetal. They come from a time where cross over bands thrashed the land. I'm glad that bands like them can still play and find other, young bands playing the same fun music. All around, I give them a A++ for this set.
