If they were anything post 1995 chances are good those albums don't mean shit. I highly reccomend the first two albums (Deicide and Legion) though - those albums are landmark death metal records and Glen's vocals were pretty fucking sick and very unique for that time; I don't think any other band of that time was layering three or four varying pitches of screams to get that completely possessed sound. |

That's when the above bands seem to prevail. Any other time they seem to have few gay songs. Killswitch Engage piss me off cuz they'll have a cool start then the gay guy starts singing and i look down and see Killswitch's name and I'm like "fuck! you fooled me again!" Did anybody catch the show where they played constant Slayer covers? that ruled except for the tori amos part. |
