If breeding alone made successful societies, Europe sure wouldn't have had any of its triumphs. The gov't does a barely passable job on science, match, etc. They should focus more on that, and leave issues that vary from parent to parent up to the parents. Some parents will advocate a more disciplined approach than others. We should let nature decide. [img] |
