I was thinking about Carnivore when I saw that, too. LOL!

"A bomb hits the city all life instantly vaporized
but I'm not so fortunate burning right before my eyes
stumbling I trip over pieces of descending flesh
leaving a pile of smoldering humanoid mess
radiation
coming in waves
leading me to
a nuclear grave

Are you ready
will you be
will you fight WW III
are you ready
are you sure
will you fight WW IV

Humanity somehow stood up on its mutated feet
reeling with pride man just would not accept his defeat
into the missiles deadly disease and poison gas
launching them off terracidal journey kills the last
vomiting blood
I choke on my tongue
the gas from above is filling my lungs

Silence and darkness the species of man is extinct
the boiling oceans into which the continents sink
gravity gone the moon collides with a dead earth
flaming world out of orbit flying into deep space
prey for your death
if you survive
you'll die in pain
in world war V"

I had a great grandfather who skippered a supply ship during WWII. He spent the war cross the Atlantic 6596496 times dodging U-Boats and pitching up the sailors from the ships that weren't so lucky. Before the war, he once jumped of a cruise ship somewhere in the Pacific, in shark infested waters, to resuce the Captain's grandson who fell overboard. Francis O'Connell was both a gentleman and a crazy hard drinkin' irish bastard.

My grandfather on my mothers side was an mechanic for the Army Air Corps. He fixed up fighters, bombers and all that during the North Africa and Italy campaigns all around the Middle East and Mediterranean.

Anything further back then WWII, I'd have to do some serious research.

My uncle just found my grandfathers wallet in an old jacket that was hanging in his closet and gave it to me. Tucked in one of the flaps was his dogtag. It is now in my wallet.

My father killed in Vietnam quite a few and was wounded twice. First injury was a tank missile incident. Sent home after second injury (shot while being transported for heat exhaustion) never has been the same. Lead to my parents divorcing. He is insane, but rides with the Vietnam Knights Is vice president of the Mass chapter MC club...

One grandfather fought in WWII and the other in Korea. My great great uncle fought for Italy in WWI. My uncle dodged the Vietnam draft by literally one person.
