They were really cool for a while but then I noticed every song was just a big solo...they did that thing like rappers do where all the songs just become one big medley. Then the last song was about 15-20 minutes and I left during it because it got too showy and ridiculous. But other than that, I highly recommend Hella. It's fucking insane live. The drummer knows no bounds. I'm kinda more into Lightning Bolt but that's just me. !-900-Ghost-Dog or whatever that song is called is their best one by far...the one with the breakdown as the main theme. One of the band dudes (the guitarist) plays in a Nintendo / Video game song cover band. |
