Justin - whoa, sounds good then! LAST NIGHT IN B-MORE: can't say enough good stuff about the music I always hear coming from there and the crowd that goes to shows. THESE people know how to fucking ROCK, huh!?!?! Plague Wielder -- awesome fucking grind/crust with harmonized guitar leads. Really fucking good. Anne would have eaten this band up witha spoon. First show I think! John Ritter - the crowd loved them. Tightest set of the weekend by far. Sounded so fucking loud the cops came but just said turn down a little and then took off. TToS - lots of our friends from the area came out and rocked out. I remember seeing like a wave of headbanging in the audience as everyone went up and down in synch. Great response, lots of fun; totally worth the trip!!! Moonshine - this is a band with an ex-member of Wake Up On Fire, Miss, on vocals. Totally different than the moonshine from Lexington, MA. Soundes like a really fucking evil version of ... uhh... I dunnow but female fronted vocals and huge doomy sounds with lots of noise. REALLY good. Peasant -- I wasn't really into them. Kind of doom / crust metal as well. Still, I remember them being good. Nux Vomica -- this band kicked ASS! Chris and Just Dave who used to be in Wake Up On Fire are now in this, along with a dude I met a long time ago from the area. It's like From Ashes Rise mixed with ... well mixed with this old crust /grind band i used to be in in high school called sic.semper.tyrannis. They were lots of fast, furious, and crazy d-beat mixed with Disrupt style fucking crust grind and then lots of good twists. A real crowd pleaser. a good time had by all! we got paid well; the dudes from The Fall Line showed up in full effect. PLEASURE! look forward to our cheesy tour dvd that I believe Charlie from JRtR is making.
