____________________________________ [Nov 12,2005 8:55am - Kinslayer ""] I researched it and aparantly the one I have is pretty rare. Its a '90, '91 or '92 according to the serial number. Its a rare color and its got EMGs, a Kahler tre, (which only came on Carvins in the 80's) and a REVERSE headstock from the one pictured above which was only offered in 88 and 89! I posted about it on the Carvin guitar forum to get info so I'll let you know what the good word is... Marty Friedman use to play this axe! I think the shape kicks ass; I cant wait to start playing out again just to rock this bad boy! I have to do some work to it before its ready to go which is part of the reason I got it so cheap. The kid asked for $400 and I was like inspecting it hardcore all over and kept pointing out shit that needed fixing (scratchy pots, loose screws, scratches etc) and got him down to $200 hah!
