_______________________________________ [Feb 18,2006 10:31pm - the_reverend ""] ok.. This should have just been called NH-fest since 90% of the people in the audience were livefreeordie'ers. flesh and blood: they had 2 singers which made them a little like BOTN since both vocals were similar and passed back and forth. Less two step parts that the demo though right when I noted that in my head, they played a 2-stepping part.. one eyed king: unfortunatly, they took a million years to tune. and in between their short song, more tuning. I swear there was more time in between each song tuning than playing. they were sort of like over the top vs madball which was cool. Also, the singer looked like a young Jasta. |
_______________________________________ [Feb 18,2006 10:32pm - the_reverend ""] Make Your Move: also a little over the topish. They played really good and I know that i'll be seeing them again. Asian aaron sang a bit. hoods: awesome set. completely tight. By this point, I'm starting to know their set. They rushed through a handful of their songs barely pausing between songs. They had to rush off to their second set shortly after their set. Shoot Ya Wounded: funny how far they came. I used to this they sounded a lot likt Stf, but they have matured since then and have more beatdowns. plus, gotten tighter. at one point, the old singer hopped up on the mic too. |

___________________________________________ [Feb 18,2006 11:23pm - matt_forherblood ""] What's up with the guys hugging on the far right? I see a lot of love in that room. |
_______________________________________ [Feb 19,2006 12:13am - the_reverend ""] yes from CA. the hugging was cause of the head wound from the randomshots. |
______________________________________ [Feb 19,2006 4:02pm - the_reverend ""] in remembrance: this was the band that sort of made me what to go to this show. no offence to the other bands, but I would have probably just gone to brockton if they hadn't been on here. their set was awesome. not the best sound set up to hear the post-coalesce and post-botch parts of their music, but still awesome. I love the way these guys right songs and really want another CD (the rock vegas one). they are one of those bands that people go see for breakdowns, but end up dancing through all of it. in the end, they cut off one song, suckage. world we knew, the: after driving all the way from long island, they only got to play 2 songs. I'd seen them before and was impressed. someone mentioned that they were semi-bdm worship. I could hear it, but... they are a bit different. out of all the bands there, they were the only one with near-gutterals. it reminded me of when burn my remains played there. black my heart: these guys always deliver a good set. their music is like 90% sing-along-able so there is constantly a bunch of people piling on top of everyone to get at the mic. it helps that they have popualr CDs that all the kids there have either bought or pirated |
