Starting Band In Portland[views:7152][posts:26]_________________________________ [Jul 13,2006 8:38am - dunwich ""] I'm 25 as of today, I play guitar/bass/drums/keys and I used to play in Kurixis. I would like to either start a really visceral black/grind band in the vein of Carcass/Nasum/Anaal Nathrakh/Deathspell Omega, etc or maybe industrial/electronic in the vein of Skinny Puppy/Godflesh/Ulver. I would also wouldn't mind doing a dark rock band in the vein of Nick Cave, Old Christian Death, Sisters of Mercy, the Cure, etc. Not too into spazzy grind or brootal death. I want to find people who are willing to work hard and make things happen but also have realistic expectations and a life outside of the band. |
