IT's only small towns like Holden,norfolk ,stupid places like that. I have lived in worcester for 15 years and haven't been arrested, fined, fucked with by any cops. They have more important things to do like solve murders and bust drug dealers. Small towns need to meet a quota of arrests to get money for their station, so they will pull anyone over with the assumption that you are doing something wrong. |
