Abe CUnningham - its a shame how much i rip him off...great chops, ridiculously tight in the pocket, disgusting amounts of groove Stewart Copeland - 'nuff said Travis Barker - Underrated by underground music fans and fans who just think they know it all, but the dude is nasty. If anyone bothere to pay attention to what he's playing in Blink 182, boxcar racer, etc instead of just claiming gay, they'd hear a dude trying to do something different in a genre where everythings pretty cookie cut. Grooves well, he's got speed and chops for days, great drum sound, and probably writes the most unique drum parts i've ever heard Kevin Talley - pretty much my main influence in heavy music. Blasts well, hits hard, grooves, and knows when to play and when not to play. Unfortunately i've heard he isnt as up to par as he used to be but, hey what can ya do. Darren Jesse - Underrated and damn well unknown. Drummer from Ben Folds Five. GREAT jazz chops, tasteful and fuckin hits hard (recurring theme, i know3). I find myself ripping him off a lot lately but with good reason. Dave Witte - ONE FOOT!? Adrian Young - (drummer from No Doubt) Pretty much the reason I play drums. I heard tragic Kingdom when I was about 8 and knew that was what i wanted to do. Huge Copeland influence in this guy and thus, in me. Honorable Mention: dude from Decapitated dude from Meshuggah Mark from BYD
