I lift weights also, because it's supposed to be an important part of weight loss (metabolism bullshit or whatnot). I usually do 45 minutes of cardio while I'm there, but in the last couple of weeks I've upped it to 60 minutes. I just use one of the elliptical machines keeping my heart rate in an average of 150 - 170 bpm on average. (fuck treadmills). For a diet I usually don't go too ridiculous. If I'm eating good, I'll eat a bowl of some disgusting cerial with no sugar in it in the morning, a sandwhich (on whole weat bread) or salad wrap for lunch, and something light for dinner. Usually I fuck one of those meals up in a day though. And it's usually because Mark demands we go get tacos during a TYAG, Composted, or ETF practice. I think the exercise is the important thing though. I can usually eat like shit and keep losing weight as long as I keep the portion sizes way down and hit the gym pretty hard. Food is my vice since I hate myself and don't do drugs or alcohol. I'm down 90lbs overall and I plan to lose another 20 by the terminally tour just to set a goal for myself.[/QUOTE]
