I mean, i know you cant copyright a beat, but when its something thats so rythmically driven as meshuggah, people are gonna notice the similarity. DAMNIT.. thats what i get for learning how to play so much meshuggah material. (mostly chaosphere stuff) |

Not really sure what albums you can compare it to but it is nice to know it's by the same band that used to have really good songs. |

It reminds me of none as far as production, with the aggression level stepped up and not as prone to droning riffs as none was. Also has anyone noticed that the drummer is landing his snare hits on more 2s and 4s, rather than all over the place ( see chaosphere) making the riffs much heavier and groovier (did I just say groovier lol) |
