You live in NH? There's Riley's in Hooksett -- good selection, but they are kind of douchebags there.

The last guns I bought were from Lewis Arms in Bow last year. I think I heard he was closing his shop though.

Is that right by an army and navy store?

Riley's in Hooksett is pretty good. They have a decent selection but KTP is by far the best. KTP has a shit ton of guns and you can get some good deals on them. If I were getting a 9mm I would probably go with a Sig P226, which you can buy in 90% or better condition for about $400 - $500. Just make sure that its a DA/SA (double action/single action)or a DAK. They seem to shoot the best and are fast in a nasty fix.

I also like the Springfield XD as far as striker fired polymers go.

If you can afford it, get a Sig P229 in .357 Sig. The ammo is more expensive but she packs a nice wallop. Basically a .40 cal necked down to take a .357 bullet. That is Powerkok's pistol of choice, he had one for quite some time. I shot it and liked it a great deal. Ammo is just a bit pricey compared to 9mm Luger.

My next pistola will be a P229 in .357 Sig...I like that pistol a LOT. BUT, I want a new one and that's about $650 more than my wife will let me spend considering that I just bought a new $1500 rifle.

fuck, even a Ruger is ok if yer low on funds.

For a 9mm, it dosent matter so much to me, the brand as long as its comfy and reliable.

Ruger is also a GREAT pistol....worth mentioning.

I'll look up the model, a friend of mine has one now.

KTP is going to have some competition -- the Cabela's in Scarborough is opening this week.

KTP has an awesome rifle collection. I was up there not too long ago looking at them.
Pauley, I can see you with an AK-47
