Location = Uxbridge MA 01569 ......... directly in between providence and worcester 20 minutes from each. price = $500 plus half of the electricity so 525 ish heat and water are included with rent Size = Huge. Large kitchen, pool table in place of dining room table, large living room, washer dryer / computer room, 2 bedrooms, big bathroom with jacuzzi tub and standup shower. Noise = my landlord can't get enough of it. bands play upstairs and downstairs anywhere from 2 - 5 days/nights a week. you = fun yet responsible. no drama. wants to be able to smoke and drink and be loud without fear of pissing off neighbors or landlord. i don't really want to post this on craigslist if i don't have to. |
