I just looked at the Moon and Jupiter on my telescope[views:1997][posts:16]________________________________ [Mar 9,2004 10:05pm - retzam ""] Apparantly, Jupiter is really close to us right now (well, compared to where it usually is). So I broke out the telescope and found it. What the was a little shiny dot to the naked eye, with the telescope and the most powerful lens it came with was a little shiny dot that appeared to be enlarged by about .3 nanometers. But, as always, the Moon was really fun to look at. I am sorry I wasted all of your time. |

It says that even with a small telescope you can see the separate bands of gas that make up its atmosphere. Also, it says it appears as a quarter, which the thing I looked at didn't. I will try again tomorrow night. |
