Unconventional approach, an acquired taste, and definitely to my liking. And Nattramn's vocals threw me off at first, but knowing he was forcibly institutionalized, completely changed the way I heard them.
True but he was institutionalized after the fact. Sure he was crazy, but what he did record in the institution, Diagnose:Lebensfahr or whatever had no trace of those kind of vocals. It was more like dark ambient/industrial and his vocals were actually pretty uncrazy yet still awesome. Either way, "Death-Pierce Me" is still in my top ten BM records of all time. I think the music really speaks for itself and people need to stop putting all attention towards the vox; love em or hate em. What about the amazing clean channel guitar work? Sorrow filled melodies and dark crushing riffage?
