Then like 2 slices of an apple (I use red delicious), finely diced I use shredded carrots in a bag for my salads so those are easy to make into a fine dice Add all that to 1 can of tuna I use Miracle Whip to cut calories You can add a little mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper, whatever I guess the key is to have the eggs, apples and carrots in as small pieces as possible.
