Butler made some nasty plays on Moss. Merriweather has the biggest mouth in history, everytime the defense made a good play the guy went off. He picked off Brady in the endzone. He was also calling the defensive play calls. I got some really good pictures. Will have to put them up soon. |

But yeah he was running shit out there. The secondary has so much more upside this year than it did with Hobbs out there. Bodden, Wheatley and Butler are going to make the biggest impact at CB by the end of this season I predict. |

Fuck yes. Everybody is hung up on the out dated notion that the Pats front 7 is too old, and the secondary has no talent. These are the same people that say Donovan McNabb is going to have a breakout year every pre-season. I think Wheatley, and Whilite got kind of a raw deal as far as their reputation goes. Cornerback is one of the hardest position to play as a rookie, and both of them were pressed on way too much with Ellis Hobbs constantly getting hurt, and Dealtha O'Neil being a sloppy answer to Asante Samuel. |
