Hurt my back at work a few weeks ago and its just gotten worse since then. He says the Sacrum bone, the lowest bone in the spine can get inflamed between it and the Ilium bone of the pelvis. I know i did it lifting a damn 100 pound computer bundle box up into an overhead. I got some Naproxen for it, apparently if it keeps hurting i could get Prednisone shots into my spine. |
