thats pretty much what everyone does after a beating, you ever heard anyone go 'man, i just got my ass kicked, that guy is way tougher than me' ha
ha, i know, the only people who don't talk shit after getting beat are the ones who are unconscious, shellshocked, or can't speak because the other person broke their jaw or knocked all their teeth out. no one salutes the guy who just kicked his ass and says "i commend you, good sir, for breaking my nose and splitting my head open. i owe you a token of gratitude for beating me up and showing me the error of my ways. i will henceforth heed this lesson and would like to shake your hand like a true gentleman."
im gonna have to go ahead and disagree with you here. back in 04 when i was still living in south hayward, my little brother, i, and a few friends went to this spillway spot. when we came back to street level this dude started flexin on my brother. shit popped off and i ended up bashing him in the back of the head after i broke his nose, in front of his mom no less. when i was punching the base of his skull, i was simultaneously trying to throw him off the overpass. afterwards, he shook karsten, oper and my hand, thanking us for setting him straight. it was quite odd and i was taken back by it. he was clearly from an upper class neighborhood, i know for a fact that no one from my neighborhood would thank ANYONE for beating their ass. they'd start shooting. legit
It happens. The white guy in the video reminds me of a less tough version of my uncle. I can't even count how many times I've met some old guy who knew my uncle, told me he beat them up one time, and that they thought he was a good guy because they deserved the beating he gave them.
