Do some research and you can get quality products from other companies. Muscletech is all about advertising and showing you that you can end up like jay cutler or dexter jackson if you use their products. Those guys don't come cheap, and the prices of their products certainly reflect that. I use a lot of optimum nutrition products. Good quality company and no bs fillers. For creatine, I use sci-fit kre-alkalyn. It's a newer product but I'm liking it so far and it's in pill form and there is no "loading" phase. [/QUOTE]
