These are the legends of Indonesian prog. OOP albums, extremely hard to find. 1976 Album: On the Move [img] bennyhillifier Download Link: http://rapidshare.com/files/254924733/giant_step.rar 1977 album: Kukuh Teguh (More vocals and keyboards... better production) http://www.megaupload.com/?d=JBP8KZC4 |

I plan on getting a new one. yea man, I hear you about cape cod. there isn't that much around here. there's a few decent places that carry a decent amount of old vinyls.. this one place I came across in brattleboro, VT wasn't too bad. I haven't been in like 3 years, don't remember the name of the place. |

_____________________________________ [Jul 21,2010 10:45pm - arilliusbm ""] check this out... swedish prog/bluesy band called Asoka. 1971 self-titled album... no youtube clips sorry. it has 8 bonus tracks, best one is an instrumental jam called "southern comfort" - one of the best jams ever. [img] http://lix.in/-5dda56 (part 1) http://lix.in/-60e798 (part 2) album was actually reissued but i can't find it anywhere |

Do you own this or is there a DL somewhere? honestly man... i search youtube and prog archives like an hour or two a day and stumble across gems through association. i dont really DL stuff but i should start cause i cant find most of those bands media, in any form for that matter. I fucking love youtube. |
____________________________________ [Jul 22,2010 1:30am - arilliusbm ""] Prog archives is awesome but there's a few left off that site. Defintely is getting better. If you want a good place to DL OoP shit, check the blog "prognotfrog." it's nearly impossible to find some of these records... Even on eBay. to me, it's more "kvlt" than finding a rare metal album simply because of the obscurity of certain bands. giant step is decent, the 77 album I posted is almost all in Indonesian, no broken English. It's like an Indonesian pink Floyd. |
