How do you delete something from AppData folder in Vista?

I don't want to delete the whole folder as its a system folder but I NEED, I repeat NEED to be able to delete this one file from the folder and I can't figure how to let myself be able to do this.

You have to delete the system32 folder first.

dont fuck with me right now pam this piece of shit file is fucking my shit up hard. its attached to my registry, tied to rundll32;startup so i can't disable it from msconfig because it keeps coming back because it has "startup" at the end of its run command.

boot into safe mode and try it from there. You can find the file right? Use search if you can't find it

you need administrator privs and you need a direct link since application data and this are aliases for each other.
