Power amp question[views:1644][posts:3]______________________________________ [Aug 24,2011 7:41am - Nick Scarfo ""] So I was at practice yesterday and during our set my poweramp lost sound. I was running a line 6 pod pro rack preamp with a rocktron velocity 300. The velocity was cranked all the way and i was controlling my volume from the line 6 preamp now i think that may have been part of the problem cause the clip light was coming on and off on the velocity as well as the line 6. has anyone experienced a problem like this or does anyone know what i might have done wrong? |

I've ran my bass rig that way before with no problems, though its definitely not the first thought I have for my set up. I usually just put my pre at half to 3/4 and turn up the power amp from there, this way I don't push anything too hard. |

But yeah i will try your idea thanks dude. |
