I got stuck in traffic for like 30-40 minutes legit 2 blocks from my house. It was the tail end of the "Fluff Festival" in Somerville. When I finally got within sight of the intersection I saw the problem: two asshole traffic cops who didn't give a shit that everyone was sitting there. One dude is eating a sandwich, the other guy is waving on traffic from an empty street. They're gabbing with each other and basically just not giving a shit or paying attention to the chaos that they're causing. So when I finally got up to the intersection I drove right up to one of them, stopped, honked and flipped him off looking eye to eye. The best part was that my apartment is well within sight of the intersection. The cop definitely saw me pull over and get out. If he wasn't such a lazy shit he could have just walked over and found something to arrest me for. My girlfriend was wayyy pissed at me but it was a cool story bro and I have no regrets. |
