all good advice.

this morning, i wanted to do my last day on the old work out routine. i got sweatier and sweatier and didnt feel well. felt like puking. so i went into the bathroom, puked up water, felt great and went back for the last 30 minutes of my work out. because i puked, i didnt have time for swimming.

fuck muscletech products. Do some research and you can get quality products from other companies. Muscletech is all about advertising and showing you that you can end up like jay cutler or dexter jackson if you use their products. Those guys don't come cheap, and the prices of their products certainly reflect that. I use a lot of optimum nutrition products. Good quality company and no bs fillers. For creatine, I use sci-fit kre-alkalyn. It's a newer product but I'm liking it so far and it's in pill form and there is no "loading" phase.

For Whey or Creatine, Six Star Muscle makes a decent product, although I prefer the muscletech stuff myself.

My forearms are more or less better. I took almost three weeks off (was suppose to be 2 but then i was sick last week). If I do standing bar curls on a medium weight and higher rep I'm fine. I did a lot of hammer curls and pull ups too. no pain yet.
