Probably the best band of the whole night. This performance trumped the obriens show by a lot even with the false start on the last song and the fall on the stage. the other hilarious thing was that pete degenerate was on the grill and burnt some beef while they were playing so it was like the exhaust port of a mcds up there. |

| ______________________________________ [Aug 29,2009 5:22pm - the_reverend ""] Abnormality: (club hell) best reaction and largest crowd ive seen this band with since a certain dehumanized BBQ that shall remain nameless. They upped the sickness and through that sound system, jay's triggers and josh's bass were nothing short of punishing. There was an tornado of a pit that kept clearing out the floor. Someone said that a nose got smashed during their set. Probably asian? abdicate: (jerkys) holy cameras... More like wholely cameras. They had at least 5 video cameras on them which made the mosh pit almost unpossible. Sounded sick though. The singer is a giant and towers over the little guy guitar player. The pit-enabled players finally figured it out and moshed in the area between the cameras. The turn out thusfar is pretty excellent. I'm going to have to check pictures to night and see how it was compared to last year. I really forget. One weird thing is that dwyer isnt here. I know he posted in that thread, but i have no clue why. Anyone? |

I mean that because girls love them. Seriously, the audience for they was 1/2 female and screaming like the first time the bealtes came to america. Dont know how the beatles are? Made me think of the old living color blue singer "oh yeah. Wrote a song about it. Like the here it goes!" except for this guy broke in to programmed dm. The newer songs he played ruled. He said they were his best work and though ut was no viral lord, the new songs sounded more well thought out. Like demondave said to me, best facal expressions ever. |

The sound there was a lot tighter for this style of music. He was to death metal what dankill is to barbering. neuraxis: (jerkys)man, that singer is a monster. He could win a headbang off against corpsegrinder. Their pit was crazy. I can with in inches of getting put on my ass over and over. This was also the first time the PA speakers almost took a tumble. How good were these guys? Seriously, my coffee is worn off and im jonesing for some caffine, but these guys and their energy got me pumped again. Reminded me of the MDK and skinless pits last year. During neuraxis's set, i called josh's phone cause he lost it with his weed and left a messgae to the phone and him that he's looking for it or the weed. Also, cephalic carnage dudes are already here. That is why i love deathfests. |
