My approach to the whole thing is to do it the right way and pay the bands that deserve it. I want to bring as many good bands to my area as possible and give them what they need to survive. I think the bands with more experience deserve more because they've worked harder. The bands that are just starting out won't be playing shows with a silver spoon in their mouths. They have to work for it. My plan is to make friends, not enemies. I think Dave should stop caring what we think about him here and do his own thing until someone comes along and does it better aka ME. |
