_____________________________________ [Nov 8,2007 11:35am - sacreligion ""] 1) marinate thinly sliced chicken breasts in ranch or creamy italian dressing for at least 6 hours. 2) when chicken has marinated long enough, pan fry a slice of bacon for every piece of chicken you have. 3) when bacon is done, mix some italian bread crumbs and crushed-up croutons(i like the garden herb kind for this) and bread the chicken. 4) after there's an even coating of bread-stuff on the chicken, place the bacon on it, and roll it up(place the loose end down so it holds its shape) 5) place the rolled up chicken things in a 9x13 baking pan and cook at 350 for 30-35 minutes covered(aluminum foil over the top or something) 6) remove the foil, and cook for another 10-15 minutes 7) eat the best thing ever |

___________________________________ [Nov 8,2007 5:48pm - BornSoVile ""] chicken and pork should be cooked around 325, drying up these white meats ruins it, take the time to let a lower heat do it's job. when wrapping with tin foil, use plastic wrap first then foil. foil always leaks! plastic wrap will preserve the juices better so they just simmer into the meat while the foil contains the heat. |
